Returns & Exchanges

At Rails, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
